funny story
So my true pregnancy hormones came through this morning. I was feeling terribly sick before I went to work and left the house around 10:15 so I could make it to McDonalds for breakfast. Well I made it to the drive through line with 3 minutes to spare. Now I know you guys are thinking what is she doing in the McDonalds drive through when she is supposed to be eating healthy??? Well I will let you in a little on how my mind thinks with that healthy food thing…..(if I only eat something unhealthy in the morning that will give me all day to work it off…haha) But as soon as we have a kitchen I can get back to cooking my eggs and toast every morning. Anyways so back to my story…I made it there with only 3 minutes to spare and the nice woman on the speaker said “Welcome to McDonalds we are serving lunch now, go ahead with your order” Well no way was I going to stand for that! I just drove 80 mph on the higway to get there before 10:30 and I was there before 10:30 so I wanted my breakfast! I said
“no I came for breakfast.”
She said “sorry we are serving lunch now”
“Well you guys stop serving breakfast at 10:30 and it isn’t 10;30 yet so I would like breakfast now”
“Well we sometimes stop serving breakfast before 10:30 because sometimes they stop cooking it”
and I wasn’t going to give up…..”It isn’t 10:30 yet so I will take a sausage egg and cheese bagel meal with……..”
hahaha I did not give up and they gave me breakfast! I checked for loogies and there wasn’t any but I sure was expecting them. That was just really annoying though because when you go there before the switch you are expecting breakfast food and your mouth and tummy are expecting it and the thought or lunch food is gross and I was already feeling sick enough! I just couldn’t believe I argued with the McDonald’s workers… oh heavens!
